izze Both of those examples would constitute an intersection.
If you were to select those meshes and run the command located here: Ziva Tools -> Find Intersections
It should select all of the intersecting faces.
While running a simulation, depending on the size of your collision point spacing (located on the zSolverShape node), it may only find the collision that is shown in example "B". If this is the case, you may need to decrease the number provided to the "collisionPointSpacing" attribute.
The collision point spacing attribute will flood the faces of the embedded tissue mesh with additional points. These points are then used to compute point in volume tests between bodies. If collision detection is enabled, they will show up as green visualization points where the objects intersect.
