This is more directed to the back-end fulfillment team, or however it's setup; but I was wondering if a change can be made to address the time gap that happens in between the monthly-subscription license expiration and new license issuance.
For example, my newest license just expired yesterday (Nov 24), but haven't been sent a newer license yet (Nov 25, 4:31 am PST, as of writing this).
I've noticed that, from past emails (if it's based on when the emails are sent), the new licenses gets sent out at 10:24 PM the day after my license expires.
So, if possible, I was wondering if something like a day grace-period can be put in place to address this in order to keep working, or if the time of the expiration/renewal can be around the same time, or whatever else that is the easiest to implement.
