Hi, I don't believe there is a final blend rig included. It's not really a rig anyway. It's just a couple of deformers. You can follow this tutorial to make it: (35 minutes in)
The hi res skin is in the bones.ma.
For performance reasons the skincluster node for that mesh is disabled. If you want to enable it, set this:
For rendering you need to create a Maya Project, using the Project Window.
You can drop the files into this workspace. Once you have your project set, you can open the lighting scene and drive
"lionZERO" with your simulated bake. In the scene it's already being driven by an Alembic I believe.
If memory serves it was rendered with VRay in Maya 2016.
