Hi I getting some oscillation issues in some of my muscle sims and just wanted to be pointed in the right direction. I included videos at 24fps and 60fps. At 24 fps there's some floppiness to it, but its subtle, and then at 60fps, it gets out of control.
It was using backwards euler and increasing the substeps seems to make it worse. If I increase the stiffness dampening on the solver to .05 or .1 it seems to reduce it but I lose out on a lot of dynamics. I'm also wondering if it could be my animation, it's a mocap from Mixamo and was captured at 60fps, but maybe theres some swinging in the hips that's causing it. Anyways, just wondering if what I was doing was a good solution or if I'm missing something. Thanks!
