If I'm understanding you right, you used the fascia Alembic as a Ziva bone, and ran fat and skin cloth at the same time?

This is going to be more successful if the mesh you're using to solve the skin, matches the outer layer of the fat as closely as possible. Make sure collisions are off on this scene as you don't need them. Set the fat tissue zMaterial to be something like 12 x 10² . Leave the cloth as default, or make it slightly stiffer.
Use a single attachment with the fascia as the source (select it first when creating it) and the fat as the destination (selected second) make the attachment strength something like 1 x 10^6. The higher the stiffness of the attachment, the finer the wrinkles will be. A lower stiffness will allow the cloth to deviate from the tissue and thus likely give you lower frequency wrinkles. Of course you can paint the attachment strength to vary this in different areas.

thank you very much for your reply.
For the muscles, yes, you are right i have many muscle to muscle attachments, i will try to reduce them.
At the beginning i had very few and mostly insertions and origins but i saw some strange movements of them and the overall shape of leg for example was lost and the muscles were falling down.
That's why i increase the number of the attachments.
I would like to understand if you mean that i should delete muscle-muscle attachments or lower stiffness?
Also the majority of attachments are fixed, i switched from sliding to fixed for the same reason i told you before.
Is there any way to select only tissue to tissue attachments and not bone to tissue?

For the materials of muscles i had something like 5^10to3 up to 10^10to3.

For fat yes i extruded fascia, i will try your approach and let you know.

Here's a script that will get all the muscle-muscle attachments:

Either delete or lower the stiffness for muscle-muscle attachments, this will free them up, allow them to jiggle, compress, express ballistic motion.
Use fibers to add tension to your muscles so they don't bend so much.
Use inertial damping to stop muscles going wild through super fast animation.

Hey Andy,
here is my latest work on the chimp after some adjustments and corrections based on your instructions.
The cloth explosion issue was caused, apparently, because of the lack of substeps.
With 1 or 2 substeps cloth was exploding, with default values but with 4 substeps it was ok.
I hope you like it, i know there are some issues still like weird trembling in some muscles.
Also i did another animation walking more human style.

Hey Stathis. Awesome work. I see in the third video the belly part muscle is wobbling. You can change the value of the "contact stiffness Exp" from 10x8 to 10x7 or 10x6 on zTissue node, maybe this problem is able to fix.

Hey guys,
The rendered version of this personal project with Ziva Dynamics solving in passes all layers from bones to muscles, to fascia and fat up to skin. I know there are some issues but there is no time to fix them.

It has been such a great experience working with Ziva, it's the best tool for muscle simulations and generally tissue systems.
An amazing tool and you guys did a great job.

I would like to use it further in the production and integrating it at the studio I am currently at, and not only for my reel.
