I have quite a fast moving animation, character dropping to ground.
I made the muscles and bones, all bone object.
created a tissue out of mesh
closed open edges(does not freak out now🙂)
attached cosntraints to end of arms, and legs.
Ive got my mass down around 100.

it seems to move ok with the muscles and bones as I slow animated from the first frame upwards,
but when it drops all hell breaks out. the skin doesn't follow or seem to collide with the muscles, not sure why.
