The token_unlocked variable is what allows the authoring license to be pulled as a batch.
I'm sure you know this already, but a monthly indie license ($50) is actually cheaper than a monthly batch license. Is there a reason why you would prefer the batch option? Typically, batch licenses are used in a studio setting with a floating license scheme, and machines on the farm will pull licenses from the central license manager as needed. Since your indie license is a node-locked license it will only work on your machine, and to run simulations on a separate machine you will need another license that is node-locked to that machine.
Actually it doesn't export the shape node from the tissue object (only the transform node)
This is likely because of the license failure, the file is getting opened but the mesh is not drawing (resulting in an empty bake except for transforms).
I hope this helps!
