Hi again. thanks.
The key metric I need is the number of tets in the scene. zBuilder just tells me number of zTet nodes.
If you select a tissue and run "ziva -i;" (MEL) without the quotes it will tell you how many tets exist for that tissue. If you run it with nothing selected it will tell you information about the scene.
Can you copy the output for ziva -i with nothing selected, and then the output with the tissue you're leaving enabled selected, and paste them both to this thread?
In your scene for instance, 20 muscles could have 4 tets. and the one you leave on could have 400,000. In this case I wouldn't expect the scene speed to change.
Also. How fast is the scene with no Ziva nodes in it at all? (Remove all Ziva nodes, delete the solver and unload the plugin for this test)
