Sure - Here's a printscreen from the the fat setup scene.
It's basically one big attachment from the inside of the fat to the driven fascia bone. (There is one other attachment in the area between the back leg and rib cage, but I imagine this will go away when I get better fascia solves)
You can see that the tetMesh is fairly high res, and the material properties are set to be quite soft. (channel box)
I solve the fat at 4 substeps to ensure that all the high frequency motion gets captured. Solving at 1 substep will have the effect of 'damping out' all that fun high frequency stuff, but will of course solve faster.
