Exciting!
If I can offer some comments from your last project, a couple of things stand out for me.
The animation should really be super polished. The animation has to carry everything, so that bone motion is so crucially important. Consider getting more feedback from animators and taking your time with this step, or even getting a friend to do that portion of the project.
Speaking of bone motion, this obviously comes from the rig. I noticed that a few of your bones were deforming. In reality, bones can't deform. Consider only using one joint for each bone in the skeleton. And that joint only rotates and / or translates. That it can't scale.
There's some issues with how the anatomy performs in the panther. For instance you've attached the lat to the tricep. These muscles are not attached in any animal that I'm aware of.
For the fascia, try using the ziva cloth solver (if you have Ziva 1.2 or above) to do most of the modelling work for you. The new features, rest-scale and pressure will help make this process a breeze.
Looking forward to seeing how this project develops!
Cheers!
