Thanks for the interest! Indie licenses are for independent teams, but restrict usage for smaller productions. The VFX Academic is the VFX Maya plug-in with full functionality, although it is currently at 1.02 (rather than 1.1). We typically update the Academic software version seasonally, once we are certain the newest releases have been successfully implemented within studios so we have a body of knowledge for support. The VFX Anatomy offerings is the human biped base anatomy asset (muscles, physics, etc.) that can be used within the software.
It's important to note that both of the Academic offerings are only for use in Academic settings, either for learning, instruction, or research without commercial interests.
If you are studying at an educational institution, the Academic VFX license will give you a year of access to the software.
