- According to your screenshot, the license files, A9BJJG29.lic, zivavfx.lic are found.
But the port 5053 is occupied by another process. That stops the license server to proceed and stop you accessing it. Please confirm with your IT department this port is not used by other application or service. You can also change the port number in the license file to another non-conflict number.
- The zivavfx.lic should not put in the RLM server folder.
According to the documentation, https://docs.zivadynamics.com/vfx/installation.html#license-registration, this file is created by the license register tool. It should be put in the Ziva VFX installation path on the client machine automatically. It contains server info to connect to the license server. Please keep it in the default place.
