Mythvfx I took it upon myself to design a new type of character rig that’s intended to be used with Ziva. It’s got nice stuff built-in to help make sure animators keep that zero/base pose as well as some other fun things. Take a look!
Mythvfx Awesome! Glad you liked it. The entire thing was built with Ziva in mind as you can see from being able to view the skeleton overlay while animating.
Mythvfx There is still weight painting involved here… this is more of a proposal for how to change the interface (typically nurbs curves) for animation rigs. Also, orienting it towards a character fx/Ziva backend.
