The Ziva Community is a friendly, forward thinking place for all your Ziva related questions, projects, and ideas. We want everyone to feel at home when learning about our tech and showcasing their work alongside the Ziva Team. That said, we have a few policies in place to ensure that everyone has a good experience here. Please take a moment to review our Community Policies and better understand the forum and it’s expectations:
ZIVA DYNAMICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
• Delete or Suspend User Accounts
User account termination or suspension may occur if the account owner fails to comply with our Community Policies and is believed to be a repeat offender.
• Delete Threads and Posts
Thread topics and response posts that violate our Community Policies may be deleted immediately, without warning.
• Edit Threads and Posts
Threads and posts may be subject to edits, tag changes, and title changes if deemed necessary by the Ziva Team.
•Use Publicly Shared Content

The Ziva Team has the right to alter and update user account information if it includes inappropriate content or false personal information.
WE DO NOT ALLOW:
• Competing Product Promotions
We are happy to explain what makes Ziva technology stand out from the rest. If you have a question/opinion regarding the state of our products in comparison to others, feel free to make it known. However, if your post contains links to competing product or promotional materials it may be removed.
• Offensive Profanity
Enthusiastic commentary is always welcome, but you may want to dial it back if you’re prone to cursing – Might we suggest a thesaurus? Comments that contain profanity may be removed, depending on the context of the comment. Vulgar language used to insult, antagonize, or inflame will always be removed.
• Aggression or Harassment
Personal attacks, threats, and harassment have no place in the Ziva Community. Sexist, racist, misogynist, homophobic, and offensive generalizations about any group of people is simply not allowed – such posts will be immediately removed and may be grounds for account termination.
• Non-English Posts
We currently only support English-only discussions on the Ziva Community forum. Non-English posts and threads may be removed.
• Double Posting
If your question/topic is the focal point of an existing post, please do not start a new thread. Repeat threads may be removed. If you have a question that you believe would be a useful addition to a FAQ page/post, feel free to contact us here: humans@zivadynamics.com
• Defamatory Content
We appreciate the honest opinions of our software users, that includes constructive criticism and improvement suggestions. That said, we do not accept posts which contain false, defamatory claims regarding Ziva Dynamics, our products, our clients, or our competition. If it isn’t helping grow the technology, the community, or your expertise, it has no place on the Ziva Community.
• Irrelevant/Spam Posts
Although we’re always interested in what our supporters have to say, the Ziva Community is only intended for relevant visual effects, industry, and product-related conversations. If the Ziva Teams feels a post is overtly obscure or spam-like, it may be removed.
• Confidential Information
Many Ziva customers user our technology on very confidential projects. If you have a question related to confidential work-in-progress and you need Ziva’s help, please contact your appropriate customer support Ziva person. On the flip side, if you ask Ziva customer support any non-confidential questions about Ziva software, we may move that question and answer over to the community for everyone to benefit, at our discretion.
Thank you for your participation on the Ziva Community. If you have any questions or feedback regarding our policies or expectations, feel free to leave a comment or get in touch with a Ziva Team Member today.
