I have been working on this since October of last year. I'm starting to get some decent shapes now. Still just working with muscle fibers and LOA. I'm thinking about creating some custom muscle shapes, but I'm not quite there yet. Still a little more work to do on the deltoid and hip. But at least it is all holding together. I pieced together several fast paced mocap clips for testing. I still have the torso/arm separated from the hip/leg. Making it easier to focus on certain areas of the body. While keeping my sim times as low as possible.
I've also been refining my Ziva toolset. Lot's of little functions to help speed up my workflow. The main functionality is the 'Update Ziva Objects'. I sculpt everything in Zbrush. I use Subtool Master to export all muscles to a folder. Then point the tool to the folder, and with a single click, it will update any selected Ziva objects in Maya.
