Hello everyone,I am a student and I am currently working on my thesis. The topic of my thesis is scoliosis. I scanned a test person and used the X-ray data to adapt a 3D model of the spine to them. Then I wanted to modify the spine, i.e. straighten it step by step and model what the results of the therapy could look like. The aim would be to reduce the number of X-rays during the course of therapy and to optimise the construction of orthoses. For the simulation in Ziva I wanted to get muscles and bones from mr ink via anatomy Transferr. Delete the bones in the torso and replace them with my 3D model. I would gradually straighten the crooked spine with joints in each vertebra and then see how the skin mesh changes.
Unfortunately, I already fail with the anatomy transfer and always get the following error messages:
// Warning: ziva 2022-07-29 13:18:13.935 WARN| zHarmonicWarp deformer created, but not applied to any shapes. //
// Result: zHarmonicWarp1 zWarpDisplay1 //

I hope you help me.
