hmm... well i never relied on that in-built license tool. I love Ziva, but I remembered it not working well for me when i first tried Ziva. Maybe it was me cuz I was even more of a noob back then... but as a workaround, I found
copying it into:
C:\Program Files\Ziva\VFX\Ziva-VFX-Maya-Module\ZivaVFX-Maya-2_0
not
C:\Program Files\Ziva\VFX\Ziva-VFX-Maya-Module\ZivaVFX-Maya-2_0\plug-ins\win2022
has worked for me in the past before finding out about setting the system variables
but to narrow down the issue...... the demo face works for me. does it work for you?
if not... it could possibly be something in relation to a custom-trained-face issue, seeing that your screenshot--i'm assuming is your personal mesh
if that is the case, that is probably beyond me, and sorry to be useless :[
