This question comes up a fair bit. We don't have any plans in the short term but we do have a python api to use. It is currently hosted on bitBucket with an MIT license. A version came with the plugin and alternatively you can find latest here:

In short, these let you save out the Ziva setup in maya and re-build. Also allowing you to mirror and search and replace and some other stuff. It can interpolate between different topology meshes if you want to update some geo as well.
